Shipping Information

Orders are shipped by  U.S Priority Mail,  or UPS (service determined by service area).

***If selecting  second day air, we must have a physical delivery address for shipping purposes.  We cannot ship overnight to a P.O. Box***

Orders are shipped once the credit card processing has been approved.  Order made with money orders  are not shipped until the money order or check has been received.

Orders Shipped Priority mail will take between 2 and 8 days to reach their destination.  Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours with the exception of weekends, holidays and vacations for our office, then shipping may be delayed.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday.

 Orders are not shipped until your credit card is authorized, or your money order is received. 

• For ALL packages, The day your order is shipped, does NOT count as a shipping day. 

• Please be aware that delivery times and days may vary depending on your location (some areas are more rural and overnight shipping is really 2nd day, and 2nd day is really 3rd day.  If you know you are rural, please allow for these delays.)

• Additional shipping costs may be added to your order depending on the products ordered and the weight of the package.  You will be notified by email if additional shipping costs are required.

• TRACKING OF ORDERS:

  US Priority mail packages are not insured for damage or loss unless you select to pay for insurance.  Please be aware of this if you choose priority mail without insurance shipping method, as we are not responsible for your shipment once it is mailed with USPS.    If you prefer that your package is insured, we suggest choosing priority mail with insurance or 2nd day air as your shipping method.  We do get delivery confirmation on all USPS packages.
